Christina Mondragon: My ideology quiz result is an opportunity Democrats. I don't have a political influence nor do I have any political experiences. I have never voted and do not work on campaigns. I have participated in class debate and elections but nothing outside of that. I am taking this class as a part of my degree plan to complete my course requirements. I hope to walk away from this class with a better understanding of the U.S. Government. I would like to gain more knowledge how decisions are made and why things are done throughout the U.S. Government. On both the Civic Literacy test and Current Event quizzes I did horrible. I believe the term they used on one of them was "Helot". In short meaning people deprived of education and opportunity, in ancient Sparta. Keeping up to date with current events on government related topics has not been my strongest suit these last couple of years.
